Thriving LeadHers Summit

Meet the Founder

Empowering the next generation of girls in STEAM, one leader at a time.

Dr. Natalie Maggitt, CEO and founder of iThriveHer, is on a mission to give middle and high school girls real access to STEAM, leadership, and mentorship, the kind of opportunities she didn't have growing up.

Based in the DMV area with plans to expand nationally, iThriveHer brings girls together each year at its Leadership Summit to explore where the arts and STEAM meet. This year's Summit, held at George Mason University with support from sponsors like Amazon, is just one example of what's possible when a community invests in girls.

Watch the video to hear directly from Dr. Maggitt on why this work matters, and why your daughter is in good hands here.
